The Dwarf Empire Publishing House is a new publishing company for new and unknown writers. It is a sad fact, that through the years, known publishing companies have rejected many writers who have written wonderful and fascinating work. It is a historical fact that many writers, whose work was originally rejected, started by self publishing. The "Bloomsbury Set" were a group of writers that started their own publishing company because of rejection by the mainstream publishing companies.
